This Department is responsible for implementing the consultative process and rendering services related to the project scope and conditions. The department consists of full-time and part-time work teams of consultants with different professional and scientific background. Such teams are formed on flexible manner based on the the size and nature of project.
Business Development
This department is responsible for market research, product development, marketing, client relationship. The department provides updated data and pursue business development campaigns to gather market information and trends based on which AFMC increase its market share.
Operations Department
This department provides all the major support services to AFMC. It includes supports services of back-office functions. It mainly includes Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, Information Technology, General Admin Services & Government Relations functions.
Executive Committee & Quality control
AFMC Executive Committee is represented by Department heads and Project Consultants. QC and Executive Committee main functions are project management and is formed for induvial project that oversee the progress and measure the milestones of the project and make informed decisions to ensure the project deliverables are on track.
